IT Outsourcing Study

Together with Whitelane Research, we conduct an annual comprehensive study on IT outsourcing in Germany and Switzerland. This is based on the evaluation of more than 490 individual IT sourcing agreements and more than 300 cloud sourcing contracts from nearly 200 respondents from the organizations with the highest IT spending in Germany.

The study is carried out in 13 European countries and provides a comprehensive overview of the IT outsourcing landscape in Europe. It also displays the most important procurement trends and positions the largest outsourcing service providers according to various key figures. In addition, the study comments on business development and IT governance trends.
